Fresh-milled. heritage-grown. grains with roots.

The Grain Guild

At the Grain Guild, we believe flour should be fresh, grain should be diverse, and goods should be more than filler—it should be food with soul.

Our vision is to reconnect communities through real grain by celebrating heirloom flours, supporting regional farms, and crafting goods that nourish deeply.

Taste the flavor, absorb the natural nutrition, and enjoy the experience of freshly milled, organic grains.

We’ve spent 15 years crafting recipes using flours and techniques from around the world - we carry up to 20 different grains at any given time!

Our Offerings

Each week, we’ll have different flavors to showcase the range and use of freshly milled flours!

  • Daily bread style - like a sourdough round or a sandwich bread.

  • An international recipe featuring world grains or techniques.

  • Something sweet - maybe it’s a cream puff, an apple bran muffin, a lemon cupcake with lavender blueberry frosting.

  • Some special and fun - like whiskey crackers, a fruit & nut protein and fiber bar, pretzel buns, breadsticks.

Our commitment is to use local, organic ingredients as much as possible.

We mill most of our own flours from organic grain berries, and what we can’t make ourselves, we source from local granaries, farmers, and TN businesses!
